It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Doyle Sherer of Marion, Kentucky, who passed away on October 20, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Dallas Sherer and Pearl Sherer; and his siblings, Ollie Sullenger, Lucille Moore, Mildred Jones, Pauline Stalions, Dorothy Bebout, Blonda Minner and Brownie Bebout.

He is survived by : his wife Mary Sherer; and his sons, Dwight Sherer (Mayree) of Marion, KY and Jim Sherer of Marion, KY.

Donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Alzheimer's Association.
