He is survived by: his wife Beverly Shoemake (Rudy); his children, Sara Shoemake of Salem and Jason Price of Salem; his brothers, Bob Shoemake of St. Paul, MN., Tom Shoemake of Mexico, KY. and Ken Shoemake; and his grandson Cree Cummins.
