He was predeceased by: his sister Brenda Perry Ort. He is survived by: his children, Athena Marie Hayes (Justin) of Marion, KY, Donald Earl Perry (Anna) of Marion, KY and Dustin Cole Perry of Henderson, KY; his grandchildren, Catherine Kinser (Michael), Davis Lynn Abshire III, Lily Perry, Olivia Perry and Caleb Hayes; his great grandchild Colton Kinser; his brother James Eugene Perry (Carol) of Marion, KY; and his sibling's children, Brandy Perry Hyde and Kenny Perry.

Donations may be made to Asbridge Cemetery, 1937 Browns Mines Road, Marion, KY 42064.
