She was predeceased by : her husband Charles Millikan; her parents, Lee Hughes and Cathryn Kirk Hughes Butler; her brother Gary Hughes; and her half-brother Donnie Belt.
She is survived by : her son Ronald Millikan; her cousins, Ruth Ann Farmer, Peggy Sherman, Glenn Oxford, Betty Lovelace and Mary Black; and her nieces, Gina Brown, Carissa Williams and Michelle Dickerson. She is also survived by many friends, neighbors and her church family.
