She was predeceased by: her spouse Marion "Julian" Chapman of Harrodsburg, KY; and her parents, John Welch and Pearl Welch (Spurlock). She is survived by: her son Donnie Chapman (Teresa) of Harrodsburg, KY; her grandchildren, Jeffery Chapman (Amanda), Lee Heathman, Jarrod Fate and Carolyn Ryder (Jim); and her great grandchildren, Benjamin Lane, Adam Heathman, Gabriel Stone, Ryvers Fate and Embrlynn Fate.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Spring Hill Cemetery Pavilion (529 N Greenville St, Harrodsburg, KY 40330).
