She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert T. Shields and Audrey Lee Bell; her children, Jonathon Allen, Paula Byrne and Rachel Millikan; and her brother Ronnie Shields.

She is survived by : her son John Lutz of Marion, KY; her siblings, Sharon Suits of Fredonia, KY, Hazel Tittle of Marion, KY and Bob Shields of Warsaw, KY; her grandchildren, Felicity, Jason, Kelly, Kat, Keely, John, Hailey, Dakota, Colton and Braxton; her boyfriend Neil Hall; and her children-in-law, Barry Millikan, Jason Millikan and Amanda Allen.
