He is survived by : his children, LeAnn Blazina (Lee) of Marion, KY and Rodney Travis of Marion, KY; his sisters, Geneva Rustin of Fredonia, KY, Donna Winders of Marion, KY and Brenda Clark of Marion, KY; and his grandchildren, Travis, Caden Blazina of Marion, KY and Elijah Travis of Owenton, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
