He was predeceased by: his brothers, Glendel, Leon and Deon; and his parents, Corbet Everett and Ethel Mae Belt (Ramage).
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Belt; his daughter Sharie Belt of Winterhaven, FL; and his grandchildren, Robert Tucker Frazer of Dallas, TX and Regan Denise Frazer of Tampa, FL..
