He is survived by : his wife Laureen; his sons, Tommy Maynard (Kathy) and Jimmy Maynard (Leisha); his grandchildren, Brandon Maynard (Carrie) of Clay, KY., Kaitlin Loveless (Andrew) of Salem, KY. and Alex Maynard of Marion; and his great grandchildren, Matthew Maynard and Owen Loveless.
