He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Penn and Pauline Hackney Penn; and his brothers, Richard Penn and Tony Penn. He is survived by: his children, Mason Penn of Paducah, KY and Timberlee Penn of Paducah, KY; his grandson Spencer Penn of Paducah, KY; and his sisters, Kathey Belt of Carrsville, KY and Joyce Harwell of Picayune, MS. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gilbert Funeral Home (117 W Bellville St, Marion, KY 42064). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
