He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Howard and Margaret Booth; and his son Paul Garrett. He is survived by: his sons, Danny Garrett of Marion, KY and Dale Booth of Marion, KY; and his siblings, Gene Booth, Shannon Booth, Howard Booth, Bary Booth and Pat Makuch. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
