He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Frazer and Dorothy Tucker Frazer. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Weimer Frazer; his children, Bart Frazer (Natasha) of Marion, Kentucky and Sara Taylor (Tom) of Marion, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Tucker Frazer of Dallas, Regan Frazer of Tampa and Madeline Mink of Madisonville, Kentucky.; and his brother Bohn Frazer (Linda) of Shawnee, Kansas..

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Clement Mineral Museum in Marion, Kentucky.

“Bill became a great friend while we were working trying to revive the fluorspar mining business in WKY. In the attached photo Bill and Walt Gaylord are visiting my Lexington office where we had just placed a one ton plus boulder containing fluorspar crystals beside a two-ton lump of coal. The plaque in part reads, "This Monument to Kentucky Fluorspar - Courtesy of the Ben E. Clement Mineral Museum - Marion, Crittenden County, Kentucky." Bill gave us a lot of great memories.
