He is survived by: his mother Brenda Adams Slone of Pikeville; his wife Crystal Bartley; his siblings, Darin Shawn Bartley (Kertta) and Melinda Gail Branham (Clarence Adkins) of Marrowbone; his nephews, Wesley Adkins and Brayden Bartley; his niece Kirsten Rose; and his great-niece Avery Rose.
