He was predeceased by: his parents, John O. Kissel and Mary Elizabeth Kissel (Dolly). He is survived by: his wife Martha Ann Kiefer; his children, William Kiefer (Eleisha), Katherine Kappel, Rebecca Seabaugh (Chad), Elizabeth Lutin (Scott) and Michael Kiefer (Patricia Tokarchick); his brother Thomas Kiefer (Alice); his grandchildren, Windsor Kiefer, Brandon Seabaugh, Tyler Seabaugh, Grace Kiefer and Audrey Tokarchick; and his nephew Kris Kiefer.
