He was predeceased by: his father Joe Everett Keaton. He is survived by: his mother Reda Gillum Keaton of Blaine; his brother Joe E. Keaton, Jr. of Olive Hill; his nieces, Brittany Blackburn of Ulysses and Martilee Keaton of Olive Hill; and his nephew Scotty Keaton of Blaine.
Visitation was held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Blaine Church (2439 KY-201, Blaine, KY 41124). A funeral service was held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
