He was predeceased by: his parents, Hattie King Mosley and Arnold Mosley; his son Barry Allen Mosley; and his sisters, Wilma Jean Smith, Velma Hall and Betty Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Lana F. Newman Mosley; his daughter Lee Ann Stutts (Jeff); his grandchildren, Jennifer Milligan (Timmy), Stephen Stutts, Jeremy Stutts, Blake Mosleh (Ali), Aaron Mosley and Barry Mosley (McKenzie) of West Liberty; and his brother Bobby Mosley. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and nieces & nephews.
