She is survived by: her children, Adam Samons (Tabitha) of Clay, Kentucky and Selena Dale (Jamie) of Pikeville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Zachary Tyler Samons, Haili Nickole Slone (Taylor) and Hannah Jo Dale (Mitch Tyler); her great grandchildren, Oliver David Slone, Arya Reign Slone and Finnley James Stover; and her sisters, Nancy Jean Amburgey and Janet Samons.
