She was predeceased by: her husband James Edward Owsley; her parents, Roy Eugene and Audrey Slone Wiley; and her brothers, Roy "Birdie" Wiley and Rodney Wiley.
She is survived by: her sons, Dwayne Scott Owsley (Melinda) of Richmond, KY and Derrick Ray Owsley (Lori) of Yakima, WA; her brother Marvin Douglas Wiley (Judy) of Estill, KY; her grandchildren, Christopher Owsley (Jessica), Ryan Owsley, Samantha Lauren Draper (Jeremy), Blake Owsley, Tia Owsley (Richard Hunt) and Coleman Owsley; and her stepgrandchildren, Josh Ward (Brandi), Jordyn Ward and Jaimie Winkler (Daniel). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
