He is survived by : his mother Wilma Webb Mayo of Martin, KY; his children, Patrick Todd Mayo of Auxier, KY, Dennis Mayo II (Samantha) of Orlando, FL and Beverly Dawn Mayo Stumbo (Milton) of Lakeland, FL; his siblings, William David Mayo (Sharon) of Knoxville, TN, Brenda Barnett (Robert Eugene) of Lexington, KY and Mary Sue Kerestery (Fred) of Lexington, KY; and his grandson Christopher Bryce Rogers.
