He was predeceased by: his parents, Waldon Hamilton and Katie Hamilton; his son Timmy Dean Hamilton; his grandson Chase Hamilton; and his siblings, Arnold Hamilton, Abel Hamilton, Avron Hamilton, Johnnie Hamilton, Kathryn Bryant, Dayfine Johnson, Ira Mae Hamilton, Mable Hamilton and Alma Keathley.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Hamilton; his sons, James Michael Hamilton (Rita) of Betsy Layne, KY and Terry Hamilton (Lucia) of Abington, VA; his grandchildren, Jody (Leslie), Tyler (Missy), Brenton, Misty Joslin (Nathan) and Timmy (Whitney); and his great grandchildren, Morgan (Andrew), Macy, Gunner, Molly, Sophie, Ryder, Elizabeth, Nevaeh, Heaven, Ellee, Ronnie Mac, Shanona, Kymmeri and Bialise.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM and on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
