He was predeceased by: his parents, Buster Maynard and Avenell Stafford Maynard; his wife Judy Ann Howard Maynard; and his brother Gary Dale Maynard. He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Ann Maynard of Martin County, KY and Leigh Ann Maynard of Dandridge, TN. He is also survived by two grandchildren, two brothers, and three sisters.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hatfield Funeral Chapel (144 Toler Rd, Toler, KY 41514). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
