Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at the Boyd Cemetery.
