She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Moore and Ecie Moore; her son Jeremy Rice; and her siblings, Bruce Moore, Myreda Payne, Deborah Amburgey and Doris Ann Vitatoe.
She is survived by: her husband Timothy Slone; her daughters, Kayla Slone of Printer and Stacia Slone of Martin, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Layla Adkins, Jaden Slone, Landyon Keens, Dalton Newsome, Teneisha Newsome and Corionna Tackett; her siblings, James "Peanut" Moore of Price, Jonathan Moore of Colorado, Connie Tackett of Ohio, Scheryl Tackett of McDowell, Judy Taylor of McDowell and Glenda "Piggy" Tackett of Martin, Kentucky; and her son Baby Boy Brandon. She is also survived by 2 Great Grandchildren.
