She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Bowen and Juanita Bowen (Whitt); her sister Pauletta Bowen; and her nephew Gunner Stepp. She is survived by: her husband Mitchell Bowen of Martin County, KY; her children, Joseph Ryan Bowen (Michelle) of Martin County, KY and Kendra Hill (Corey) of Martin County, KY; her siblings, Tommy Bowen (Carla) of Martin County, KY, Ronnie Bowen (Vickie) of Martin County, KY, Timmy Bowen (Brenda) of Martin County, KY, Edwina Spaulding (Charlie) of Louisa, KY. and Vickie Horn (Michael) of Louisa, KY.; and her grandchildren, Cameron Hill, Alyssa Hill and Laila Hill.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Calf Creek United Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
