She is survived by: her mother Nancy Samons Amburgey; her daughters, Tiffany Carroll (Benji) of Martin, Kentucky and Shayla Mullins (Cameron) of Martin, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Aubreigh Lasha and Colton Benjamin; her sister Shirl Rose (Tommy) of Martin, Kentucky; and her pet Harley Lasha.
