She is survived by : her husband William Earl Stephens; her children, Samuel Scott Stephens (Carla) of McDowell, KY, Robert Conley (Kim) of Prestonsburg, KY and Stephanie Thacker (Ricky) of Pikeville, KY; her siblings, Clarence Risner of Winchester, KY, Manis Risner Jr. of Martin, KY and Loretta Ousley of Martin, KY; and her grandchildren, Corey Conley, Cameron Stephens, Wyll Conley, Kylie Stephens, Jake Stephens, Jayden Conley, Braden Thacker, Isabella Thacker, Sierra Crawford and Austin Crawford.
