She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Conn and Rethel Conn. She is survived by: her daughters, Reca Howard of Martin, Kentucky and Rebecca Webb of Martin, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Ava Grace Maynard, Ian Wyatt Maynard and Gary Michael Ratcliff Jr.; and her sons-in-law, Brandon Maynard and Michael Ratcliff.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 6:00 PM and on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
