We announce the death of Terry Lynn Johnson of Martin, Kentucky, who passed away on October 16, 2026, at the age of 69. Terry will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ballard Boyd and Opal Owens Boyd; her spouse Charlie Johnson; and her siblings, Michael Boyd and Clara Mae Fowler.
She is survived by: her sons, Charlie Johnson (Racheal) of Prestonsburg and Bryan Johnson of Lexington, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Johnna Nicole, Casey Johnson, Charleigh Cate Johnson and Waylon Johnson; and her siblings, Ballard Boyd Jr. of Adamsville, Alabama, Sherry Boyd and Iodella Bartrum (Linda Kilburn).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
