He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lou and Noble Waggoner; his brother Allen Waggoner; and his brother-in-law Tom Hamlin. He is survived by: his wife Karen Waggoner; his children, James Waggoner (Betty Ann) and Ashley Clark (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Kimberly Waggoner (David Mentgen), Zachary Clark, Clay Waggoner, Annalise Waggoner and Aaden Clark; his sister Kathy Hamlin; his aunt Mary Kennedy; and his uncles, John D. James and Charles Ray James. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
