She was predeceased by : her sisters, Kay Ashworth Wilkins and Gloria Day; and her parents, Wilson Ashworth and Mary Jane Ashworth. She is survived by : her son Jack Campbell (Cynthia) of Mayfield. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
