He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Lynn Cavender of Florence, AL; his stepchildren, Debbie Jenkins of Florence, AL, Ronnie (Dina) of Hartselle, AL, Donnie Lear of Mayfield, KY and Lonnie Lear of Benton, KY; his grandchildren, Laken Miller (Eric) of Hickory, KY, Logan Lear of Mayfield, KY, Lonnie Lear, Jr. of New Hampshire and Jacqueline Lear of New Hampshire; his daughter-in-law Jackie Lear of Mayfield, KY; and his caregiver Henry Broach of Mayfield, KY..
