With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty E. Lewis of Mayfield, Kentucky, who passed away on September 21, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Bill Lewis; her parents, Charles S. Ellzey and Willie Mae Ellzey; and her sister Katherine Faye Ellzey. She is survived by : her children, Tim Lewis of Indiana, Cindy Odom (Joe) of Mayfield, KY, Steve Lewis (Jan) of Mayfield, KY and Fay Strauch (Ron) of Arizona; and her sister Mary Ellen Knight of Louisiana. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
