He is survived by: his children, Ashley Waggoner of Benton, Cherish Ann Luter of Granite City, IL, Summer Harmon of Toledo, OH, T. J. Healey of New London, WI, Brandon Luter of New London, WI, Billy Wheeler of Gulf Breeze, FL and Chris Wheeler of Covington, TN; and his sisters, Gina Dowd (Tim) of Mayfield and Jonna Beane (Michael) of Mayfield. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
