He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Morrow and Mary Powell Carter. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Diane Eaton Morrow; his children, Kimberly Kickasola (Jesse) of Paducah and James Kevin Morrow (Patricia) of West Paducah; his grandchildren, Cassie Meza (Alfonso), Zaq Kickasola, Joshua Morrow (Keisha), Blake Morrow and Brooke Fondaw (Zack); and his great grandchildren, Stella K, Maddie, Chandler, Bentley, Easton, Chloe, Nattie, Jesse and Jade. He is also survived by three sisters, several step-sisters and step-brothers; and several half-sisters and half-brothers.
