He was predeceased by: his wife Claudine Alice Norman; his siblings, Nita Sue Jones and Edwin Ronald Norman; and his parents, J. B. Norman and Mavis Weatherford Norman.
He is survived by: his children, Dino Stewart (Sheila) of Desoto, Janece McBride (Chris) of Manchester, Lora Duke (Monty) of Wingo, John Stewart of Jefferson County and Todd Norman (Tanya) of Hillsboro; and his sister Macie Jones of Randleman. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
