Moore, Sr. (Linda) of St. John, IN; his sister Monica Moore Burton (Scott) of Phoenix, AZ; his nieces, Chelsey Burton, Elizabeth Burton and Rachel Andrews; his nephew Grayson Andrews; his great-niece Violet; and his great-nephew Ronnie. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
