He was predeceased by: his parents, Tremble Maynard and Pearlie Maynard (Church); and his siblings, Daryl Maynard and Lois Tuttle. He is survived by: his wife Melanie Maynard; his children, Aaron Irlbeck, Teresa Combs and Alycia Irlbeck; and his siblings, Mike Maynard, Myrt Headings, Linda Wood and Edith Wilber. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
