It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Sherman Hamm Sr. of Mayfield, Kentucky, who passed away on November 13, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ermil Hamm and Mary Williams Hamm of Virginia; and his brother James Hamm. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Kathleen "Kathy" Carter Hamm of Mayfield; his children, Tammy Kathleen Gray (Richard) of Princeton, Daniel Sherman Hamm Jr. (Tammy) of Cassville, MO, Stephen Earl Hamm (Cora Dee) of Rogers, AR, Heather Hamm of Mayfield and Lawrence Byron Hamm (Ashley) of Fort Walton Beach, FL; and his sisters, Sarah McCue of Bloomington, IN, Virginia "Ginny" Gerwe of Cincinnati, OH and Yvonne Hughes of Hopkinsville, KY.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
