He was predeceased by : his wife Adda Miller Prather; his parents, Thomas J. Prather and Mildred Green Prather; and his brothers, Bobby Prather, Donald Prather, Lonzo Prather, Jimmy Prather and Doug Prather.
He is survived by : his children, Donna James (Kevin Tabor) and Gary Prather (Hope); and his siblings, Billy Prather of Lawton, OK., Michael Prather, Brewers, Brenda Sanderson and Golo (Nancy Ford).
