He is survived by: his wife Vickie Swatzell of Mayfield; his children, Jessica of Adamsville, Jason of Dresden and Alexis of Reidland, Kentucky; and his close friend Tim Gilbert of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.. He is also survived by several grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
