Kenneth Puckett; her son Kent Puckett (Heather) of Calvert City, KY; her granddaughters, Cherrie Sigua and Samantha Peterson (Blake); her great grandchildren, Brooke and Bree; her grandchildren, John Sigua, Kent Puckett II (Diana), Kena-Marie Puckett and Shelby Puckett; her daughter Dana Rohrer (JR) of Mayfield, KY; her grandson Lucas Rohrer (Jordyn); her great grandchildren, Zayden, Titan, Laylah, Luca and Jordan Rohrer (Alorna); her daughter Karen Chellew (Joe) of Perkasie, PA; her grandson Jeff Zweifel; her great grandchild Havanna; her granddaughter Kristen McGovern (Adam); her great grandchildren, Clara, Beatrice-Bea and Nicholas Chellew; her children, Tracy (Richard), Richie Gelfand, Jacqueline Rice (Nate), Marissa Gelfand, Keith Gelfand and Gina Morrison (Andy) of Amber, WI; her grandchild Drew Morrison (Stephanie); her great grandchild Finley; her grandchildren, Katelyn Brown (Tim) and Justus Morrison; her siblings, Terrell Gourley of Cunningham, KY, Mike Gourley (Pam) of Mayfield, KY and Donna Baggs (Chuck) of Broken Bow, OK.; and also, Corbin, Caiden, Hensley and Nick Rohrer.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Little Cypress Baptist Church (10261 US-62, Calvert City, KY 42029). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
