She was predeceased by: her former husband Larry Walker; her husband James H. Johnson; her parents, Ray McWhorter and Louise Cashan McWhorter; and her siblings, Sherry Birdsong, Jackie and Johnny McWhorter.
She is survived by: her daughter Stacey Harris (Charlie) of Mayfield; her sisters, Mattie Richards of Indianapolis, IN, Jeannie Penix of Benton, KY, Debbie Burkett of Bradford, TN and Cathy Kaufman of Boaz, KY; and her grandsons, Hunter Harris (Mia) of St. Charles, MO and Roman Harris (McKenzie) of Mayfield.
