Eddie Taber Obituary

Captain Eddie Taber, 66, of Mayfield, KY passed away at 11:19 a.m. Thursday, April 9, 2020 at his residence. He was born in Paducah, KY and lived in Marshall County, KY before moving to Mayfield. Eddie was a retired Tow-Boat Captain for ACBL Barge Lines. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ. Eddie is survived by his daughter, Melissa Renee Jones of Paducah, KY; sons, Eddie Wilson Taber, II and wife, Danni Michelle of Mayfield, KY and Paul Everett Taber of Hardin, KY; sister, Ann Hill; brothers, Gary Wayne Taber and Ronnie Lee Taber; seven grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a son, James Edward Taber. His parents were Glen Wilson Taber and Mary Katherine Bell Taber. There are no services scheduled at this time. Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
