He is survived by: his children, Karla Cox (Randal) of Symsonia, KY, Jimmy Riddle (Sharon) of Mayfield, KY, David Prather (Tammy) of Mayfield, KY, Shannon Prather (Suzanne) of Mayfield, KY and Jeff Neill of Mayfield, KY. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
