He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace McDaniel and Kathleen McDaniel; and his sisters, Jackie McDaniel Iler and Jerry McDaniel Phillips. He is survived by: his sons, Chris McDaniel (Leigh Ann) of Cadiz, KY. and Bob McDaniel of New Concord, KY.; his stepchildren, Teresa Sullivan (Gary) of Mayfield, KY., Steve, Tammy May of Hickory, KY., Beth McKinney (Keith) of Mayfield, KY and Sandy May of Mayfield, KY.; and his brother-in-law Norman Barton (Diane) of Centralia, IL.. He is also survived by Four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren and two step grandchildren and six step great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home - Mayfield (1223 W Broadway, Mayfield, KY 42066). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
