He was predeceased by: his sister Loretta Butler; and his parents, Jennings Turner and Veva Bazzell Turner. He is survived by: his wife Mary Nell; his children, Brian J. Turner of Boaz, KY, Jonathan Turner of Mayfield, KY and Gina B. Turner Gordon of Paducah, KY; and his brother Bill Turner of Sevierville, TN. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
