He is survived by: his wife Janice Creason Riley of Mayfield, KY; his daughters, Tish Mangrum (Bob) of Farmington, KY and Tammy Smith (David) of Mayfield, KY; his grandchildren, April Kell (Kevin) of Farmington, KY, Nathan Mangrum of Farmington, KY and Blake Gibson (Keith) of Mayfield, KY; and his great grandchildren, Jacob Kell, Kinsley Mangrum, Colten Hinton, Brody Gibson and Brayden Gibson.
