He is survived by: his wife Karen Lynn Royster; his children, Stephanie Barfield of Mayfield, Wendee Autumn Morris of Mayfield, Chaunce Jordan of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Carlton Royster (Carolyn) and Chaz Jordan (Ericka) of Arlington, Virginia; and his sisters, Linda Doris McClure (Danny) of Sunnyvale, Delores Powell of Sunnyvale, Peggy Morris of Mayfield, Ann Rowland of Mayfield, Annjanette Rowland of Mayfield, Rhonda Blake of Paducah, Tanya Dorsey (Mike) of Jackson, Mississippi, Toni Rowland of Mayfield, Kentucky., Nora Lee Rowland of Mayfield, Kentucky. and Nevika Rowland of Mayfield, Kentucky..

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pettus Rowland Funeral Home (1229 Madison St, Paducah, KY 42001). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mound City National Cemetery (141 IL-37, Mound City, IL 62963).
