She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Charles Wheeler Sr. and Elizabeth Adams Wheeler; her husband George Burnette; and her siblings, Virgil Charles Wheeler Jr., Stephen Wheeler and Dolly Brinkmeyer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Burnette of Mayfield, KY, Teresa Bohannon (Terry) of Benton, KY and Gail Newman (Mike) of Chattanooga, TN.; her grandchildren, Claire Burgett (James) of Paducah, KY, Grant Walker of Mayfield, KY, Jordan Walker of Mayfield, KY, Mitchel Bohannon of Huntsville, AL, Lena Tindell (Jake) of Benton, KY, Tyler Newman (Promise) of Chattanooga, TN. and Cole Newman of Chattanooga, TN.; and her great grandchildren, Makenzie Burgett, Allie Tindell, Tilly Tindell, Forrest Newman and River Bohannon.
The family requests memorials to St. Jude or the Union Cemetery fund.
