She was predeceased by: her husband A. J. Worthy; her parents, Willard Scott Felts and Dixie O'Neal Felts; her children, Paula Jones and Ricky Dale Jones; and her brothers, Larry Felts and Don Felts.
She is survived by: her son Rusty Curtis Jones of Seattle, WA; her granddaughter Sarah Patterson of Texas; her great grandchildren, Jada Lee Patterson and Dawaun Patterson Jr.; and her sisters, June Stevens of Farmington, KY and Pam Stinson (Ronnie) of Mayfield, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Trace Creek Cemetery. A graveside service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
